WHO I AM:

Bella Wolfe is a singer, actor, dancer, and arts administrator from Versailles, Kentucky. Bella was first introduced to the performing arts when she started competitively dancing at the age of six studying tap, ballet, jazz, and hula for six years. Although she spent most of her free time during her early childhood, writing songs, and playing piano, Bella didn't find her calling for musical theatre until much later. In sixth grade, Bella auditioned on a whim for the school's musical and got cast, which helped ignite her passion for musical theatre in its ability to use music, dance, and acting simultaneously to create a story.

Bella is a recent graduate of the University of Kentucky where she double-majored in Arts Administration and Theatre, with a primary focus in Musical Theatre performance, and an additional minor in Biology. She attended the university as a presidential scholar, has made the Dean's list four times for her maintained 3.8 GPA, and was elected the position of President of the University of Kentucky's Department of Theatre and Dance Studio Season Board. Bella was also the secretary of the University of Kentucky's Arts Administration Society, is an alumna of the prestigious Kentucky Governor’s Scholars Program, and had the additional privilege of representing Woodford County at the 2019 Distinguished Young Women of Kentucky scholarship program, where among thirty other women from across the state she was awarded scholastic, interview, and overall talent awards in addition to being named “First Runner-Up.”

Bella performed on several stages across UK's campus, having been a featured soloist in the UK Opera Theatre's 29th annual production of It's A Grand Night For Singing, having played the character of Margo in Bright Star and understudied the roles of four Kit Kat Girls in Cabaret both of which were produced as part of UK's mainstage seasons, and having portrayed the roles of Rennie in The Most Massive Woman Wins as well as Sara in Craig Wright's Grace through UK's Studio Season. Most recently, Bella was seen performing on the UK mainstage again, this time as Lady Teazle in Richard Sheridan's comedy of manners play, The School for Scandal. Additional credits include Belle in Beauty and the Beast, Heather Chandler in Heathers at Red Hen Theatre Company, and Mary Poppins in Mary Poppins Bella was also ecstatic to maje her regional theatre debut last summer at Theatre West Virginia portraying Nancy McCoy in Hatfields & McCoys and a cheerleader in Rocketboys. In her free time, Bella enjoys performing as a party princess for Gleam and Glow Princess Services where she is friends with Anna, Cinderella, and Rapunzel.

After graduating college in May of 2023, Bella moved to New York City to get one step closer to making her dream of becoming a professional actress on Broadway, a reality. After what she hopes is a long and fulfilling career as a professional actress, Bella desires to return to Kentucky to establish her own children's theatre company in Eastern Kentucky aimed towards bringing professional performing arts programs to youth living in rural Kentucky that currently severely lack access to a performing arts education.

Above all, Bella considers herself a dreamer who desires to make a lasting positive impact on the world.
